Welcome to Megayo®. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Megayo platform operated by Gamezenia Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the Platform

Megayo® is a gamified digital shopping and loyalty rewards platform. Users add Shopping Credits, buy products from our catalogue, and receive complimentary Game Tokens as loyalty rewards. Game Tokens are used to participate in free-to-play social games. Diamonds earned through gameplay can be redeemed for Shopping Credits or other rewards on the platform.

Megayo® is not an online money gaming platform. The Platform does not offer cash wagering, betting, gambling or monetary stakes of any kind. All games are free-to-play entertainment. No monetary consideration is required to play any game.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a resident of India with a valid mobile number.
• By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements.
• Users previously barred from the Platform are not eligible to re-register.

3. Shopping Credits

Shopping Credits are a prepaid, closed-loop instrument added via UPI, card or net banking.

• Used only to purchase products within the Megayo catalogue.
• Non-withdrawable and non-transferable between accounts.
• Valid for 365 days from the date of top-up. Unused credits convert to a Megayo Gift Card at expiry.
• Promotional credits expire within 30 days if unused.

4. Game Tokens

• Complimentary loyalty units — cannot be purchased with money.
• Have zero monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Non-transferable outside the Platform.
• Expire within 30 days if unused.

5. Diamonds

• Virtual reward units earned through gameplay.
• Redeemable for Shopping Credits, vouchers or other rewards as available on the Platform.
• Have no monetary value and are not legal tender.
• Non-transferable. Expire within 30 days if unused.

6. Games

All games are free-to-play social entertainment. No monetary payment is required or accepted for game participation. Games comply with the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Using bots, scripts or automated tools to play games or accumulate tokens.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent platform rules.
• Fraudulent transactions, misrepresentation or identity fraud.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Collusion with other users to manipulate game outcomes.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all credits, tokens and diamonds.

8. Payments

All payments are processed through RBI-licensed Payment Aggregators. The Company does not store card or UPI credentials directly. By making a payment, you also agree to the terms of the applicable payment processor.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos and software on the Platform are the exclusive property of Gamezenia Private Limited. Reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as-is" basis.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
