Returns & Refund Policy

This policy outlines our approach to returns, refunds and cancellations for purchases made on Megayo®.
1. Shopping Credits
Shopping Credits added to your Megayo Wallet are generally non-refundable once credited. Exceptions apply in cases of:
- Duplicate or erroneous transactions (double charge for the same purchase)
- Technical failure where payment was deducted but credits were not credited
Contact admin@gamezenia.com within 48 hours with your payment receipt for such cases.
2. Physical Products
Products from the Megayo catalogue are eligible for return or replacement only if:
- The product arrived damaged, defective or broken
- You received an incorrect product
- The product arrived with missing components
- The package arrived empty despite showing as delivered
How to Raise a Return Request
- Email admin@gamezenia.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order ID, a description of the issue and clear photographs
- Include a video of the unopened packaging with the shipping label visible — mandatory for processing
3. Digital Vouchers and Gift Cards
Digital products are non-returnable once delivered. Issues with invalid or unused codes must be reported within 24 hours of purchase.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed as Shopping Credits to your Megayo Wallet within 7 working days of approval. Cash refunds are not issued except where required by law.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. Email admin@gamezenia.com immediately after placing the order to request cancellation.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned due to personal taste or dissatisfaction
- Items damaged after delivery through user handling
- Items for which the return window has passed
- Activated or used digital vouchers and recharge codes
