Shipping Policy

This policy applies to physical products purchased from the Megayo® catalogue. Digital products (vouchers, recharges, gift cards) are delivered electronically and are not covered by this policy.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days after purchase confirmation. During peak periods, processing may take up to 7 business days. You will receive a notification once your order is dispatched.

2. Delivery Timelines

These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to logistics conditions, public holidays or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout. Charges vary based on product weight, dimensions and delivery location. Some products may qualify for free delivery as indicated on the product page.

4. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, a tracking ID will be sent via SMS to your registered mobile number. You can use this to track your delivery with the logistics partner.

5. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of order. We deliver only within India. We do not deliver to PO Box addresses. Address corrections are possible only before dispatch — contact us immediately if you need to change an address.

6. Failed Deliveries

If delivery is unsuccessful, the courier will attempt delivery up to 2 more times. After failed attempts, the package may be returned to us. Re-delivery charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, email admin@gamezenia.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order details and photographs.

8. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. All deliveries are within India only.
